The company was established and is ably steered by Dr. P.K. Kundu, Managing Director of the organization. Dr. Kundu, a Civil Engineer by profession, has an exceptional academic background that is backed up with over three decades of experience in design and execution of several important infrastructure projects in India, Singapore, Bhutan and many other countries. Under his leadership, Xplorer is progressing from strength to strength, stemming out into a wider array of Civil Engineering related fields and having developed into a reputed multidisciplinary consultancy organization.
